Membership & Registration

By registering at Kobushi Dojo Doral, you agree to pay the applicable registration and monthly fees. Monthly membership fees are due on the same date each month. Family discounts are available upon request.

Trial Period

The 2-week trial period begins on your first class date and consists of consecutive calendar days. The trial fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Karate-Do is a physical activity that involves risk of injury. By participating in classes at Kobushi Dojo Doral, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Kobushi Dojo Doral, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation in classes.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to show respect to instructors, fellow students, and the dojo. Unsportsmanlike behavior, bullying, or dangerous conduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.

Media Release

By enrolling, you grant Kobushi Dojo Doral permission to use photographs and videos taken during classes, events, and tournaments for promotional purposes including the website and social media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

Modifications

Kobushi Dojo Doral reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members.
